Aria and Aycell ( last two companies merged under name of  TT&TIM Group in January 2004, however Aria and Aycell continued as brand names ) . And in June 2004,  Aria and Aycell companies has merged under the brand name AVEA ( Two A's stands for Aria and Aycell, "VE" means "AND" in Turkish language, so you can call it A&A ). Aria owned by Telecom Italia and Is Bank ( TIM ), Aycell owned by Turk Telekom ( TT ). For that reason you can see the TT&TIM text under the Aria and Aycell logos.
